Know every couple by heart.

Sage answers every inquiry in your voice, remembers every call, tour, text and email, and shows you exactly which marketing brings your couples in.

Every couple remembered. Every dollar accounted for.

The magic

Sage answers in your voice and remembers everything.

She learns your voice from a year of your own sent emails and a few quick games, then answers couples the way you would. Every email, text and call lands on the couple's record, and so do your tours if you record them. You walk into every meeting already knowing the little things. To couples it feels like magic. It's just memory.

How Sage works

The money

Cost per booking, not cost per lead.

Your listings sell you on leads. Sagena shows what those leads actually became: cost per tour and cost per booking for every channel, each booking weighed by what it's worth. Then it tells you where to spend next.

How the money side works

A couple you've already met

Madison and Sam's year, the usual way.

  1. January

Madison follows you on Instagram. Nobody notices. Nobody could.

  2. March

She finds you on a wedding listing site and inquires as "Madison B." The listing site logs a lead and, naturally, takes the credit.

  3. April

Her partner Sam books a tour through Calendly from a work email. You now have 2 half-couples and no idea they're the same one.

  4. May

They tour. Madison stands by the water for a long time and asks about Saturdays in October. Your follow-up thanks them for visiting and attaches the brochure they already have.

  5. June

Silence. As far as your tools know, 3 different people have each been dealt with.

  6. September

Someone finally chases. Madison replies, kindly, that they booked somewhere else in August. The same week you renew the listing site, because it sent you so many leads this year. Madison was one of them. She'd found you 6 months before it did.

One lost October Saturday. One renewal paid for on the wrong evidence. Nobody did anything wrong.

The same year, with Sagena

Same couple. Different ending.

  1. Day one

Sagena reads back through the last 12 months of your inbox. Sage learns your voice from what you actually sent, and your history arrives already sorted.

  2. January

You drop your new Instagram followers into Sagena. Madison is kept on file.

  3. March

Her inquiry is picked up within 5 minutes and matched to January's follower. Sage has a reply drafted for your say-so. The listing site gets credit for what it actually did, which is remind her.

  4. April

Sam's Calendly booking joins the same record. One couple, one story, one person to write to.

  5. May

You record the tour, so Sage's follow-up already knows what was said. It mentions the spot by the water, the October Saturdays and their 120 guests, in your voice. It reads like you were paying attention, because now you were.

  6. 2 weeks later

Still quiet. Sagena flags them, shows you why, and Sage has a second note waiting that picks up where the tour left off.

  7. June

    They book the October Saturday.

  8. September

Monday's briefing shows how many of the listing site's "leads" had already found you somewhere else. Add what you pay it and you can see what each of its bookings really cost. You get a number, and this time you get it before the renewal.

Madison and Sam are a composite. Every step above is something Sagena does today.

Your listings all say they're working. Sagena knows which ones are.

Every tool can show you revenue by source. They're all trusting the source they were told: a listing site reports the leads that came through it, and your CRM reports whatever someone picked from a dropdown. Sagena recognizes the same couple across every channel and every email address they use, credits the place they truly found you first, and scores each channel on what its couples went on to be worth. One couple, not 5 leads, so your numbers are finally real.

What no couple will ever tell you

What Sagena notices before you do.

Who's slipping away

Every couple has a heat score that cools a little each silent day. Sagena nudges you before a quiet couple goes cold, and shows its evidence rather than a confident-sounding percentage.

What the market's about to do

Searches for wedding venues slip. Consumer confidence dips. A few weeks later so do your inquiries, and it feels personal. Sagena reads the economy, wedding searches and the weather, so you can tell a slow month from a slow market.

The words your couples use

Sagena reads your reviews and pulls out the phrases couples actually use, sorted by theme. Sage uses them in her replies, and you can use them in your listings, so both sound like the couples who loved you.

Ask it anything

"Which month did Instagram couples book fastest last year?" If the answer is in your data, you get it. If it isn't, Sagena says so, which is more than most dashboards manage.

Honest by design.

Sage always tells couples she's AI, and a real person is always one reply away. No venue setting can hide it. Every draft waits for your say-so until you choose to let her send on her own, and that switch starts off.

It also does the paperwork

The rest of the job, plugged into the same record.

Most venues run a handful of tools that don't share anything. Sagena does their jobs too, and everything it touches lands on the couple's record, so each job makes the rest sharper.

Contracts and payments

Send the contract, get it signed, and take the deposit.

Your couples' planning portal

Guest lists, timelines, and Sage on hand at 11pm. Every guest count and decision lands on the record, so you never ask twice. At Rixey Manor, couples ask Sage the questions they'd never email a person about.

Already have a CRM? Keep it. A CRM stores contacts. Sage answers them, remembers them, and tells you where they came from.

Sagena is Latin, from the Greek sagēnē: a seine, the wide net cast into open water that gathers everything in its path and brings it to shore together. It's what couples ask for, that nothing slips through the cracks. It also carries Sage, the assistant this was built around, and the wisdom and color of her name.

Built from the venue floor

Hi, I'm Isadora.

I own Rixey Manor, a Knot Hall of Fame estate in Virginia, and I've coordinated more than 350 weddings there. I also build the software. This year I spoke at API World and DC State of the Stack, and on the AI Engineer World's Fair online track, mostly about building on AI you can't fully trust. That turns out to be most of the job.

For years I had 6 tools and no memory. My listing sites didn't talk to my inbox, and my inbox didn't talk to my CRM. Nobody could tell me which of the platforms I was paying had actually found the couple I'd just booked.

So I built Sage to remember, and Sagena to work out what it all means.

I built this because I was the person answering emails at midnight, losing weekends to admin, watching couples book elsewhere. Every feature exists because I needed it first.

Common questions

Wondering if this is for you?

A CRM stores what you type in, and a listing site reports what came through its own form. Sagena recognizes the same couple wherever they found you, under every name and address they use, and keeps them as one couple. Sage answers them in your voice and remembers everything, and you finally see where your bookings really came from. Keep your CRM if you like. It just won't know what Sagena knows.

Yes, and that's by design. We're upfront about it because transparency builds trust. Here's what couples actually experience: they send an inquiry and get a detailed, thoughtful, personalized response in minutes instead of days. They know AI helped, and they appreciate it, because the alternative was waiting. Sage is trained on your voice, your venue knowledge, and your way of talking about your spaces, so she's honest and she sounds like you. No venue setting can hide that she's AI.

Today: Gmail, including inquiries from wedding listing sites, Calendly tour bookings, OpenPhone calls and texts, Zoom calls and recorded tours, and imports from HoneyBook, Dubsado, and Aisle Planner. Every new source lands on the same couple record.

Most venues are up and running in an afternoon. The voice training games take about 15 minutes. Connecting your Gmail takes 2 minutes. Within a week of approving drafts, Sage has learned your style well enough that most drafts need only light edits.

Always an option. You can jump into any conversation at any time. You can set rules for which inquiries you always want to handle personally, maybe VIP referrals or complex multi-event requests. Sage is your assistant, not your replacement.

Not at all. If you can check email and play a simple game, you can use Sagena. The voice training is literally choosing between two email drafts and saying which sounds more like you. The dashboard is designed by someone who runs a venue, not by engineers.

Yes. Every venue's data is walled off at the database level, and a check runs on every change to make sure it stays that way. The AI we use doesn't train on your data. Your couples' information, your business data, and your voice profile are yours alone.

Nothing sends without your approval unless you switch on auto-send, and it starts off. You always have the final say. And because we're transparent about AI being involved, there's no pressure to be perfect. Couples aren't expecting to be fooled; they're expecting a helpful, thorough response. The learning system means every edit you make teaches Sage your voice better. Early on, you'll tweak more. Over time, less and less.

Yes, that's actually a core feature. Sagena supports multiple venues under one account, each with its own voice, branding, and couple portal. Intelligence even gives you cross-venue insights so you can see how your portfolio is performing.

You'd get the drafts. The hard part is knowing that the listing-site inquiry, the partner's tour booking from a work email and the name in your new followers are the same 2 people, and being right about it. Sagena would rather keep 2 records than wrongly merge 2 couples. It was built on real inquiries at Rixey Manor, and on being wrong a lot first. The drafts are the easy bit.
